Today was a pretty nice day. It started off by me sleeping in a little bit. By noon I went to "The Hill" to oversee some military simulation training scenarios for a competitive airsoft team. Came home BBQed some burgers and Corn for the family. Picked up a friend (Nick "in the pocket" O'Connor) and drove him home. Now I am home winding down for the night.
I've had this stressful feeling throughout the day, thinking that I have to work tomorrow. Stressful because my worked sucked...actually work was cool (the people who attend the 10:30 service are really cool) but I was unhappy working for Garrett. I never knew what was going to get thrown at me when I got there on Sunday morning. So much to do in so little time (not a great time to be changing things around). Now my body needs to get use to being free from all that.
Earlier this evening my daughter wrote her first song. As a musician I was so proud.
So I settle in for the night listening to Dobie Gray: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIuyDWzctgY&feature=related
